Just won the snap-on version of this. Looks like a great R/C car. Haven’t messed with on since 2002 which is a Traxxas as well I got in the 90s that sits in a box now days. I’m afraid to take it out and scratch it up if I roll it. Great video as well.

@@samwise1202 they are both great but a little different. 2wd is more difficult to drift in the rain and anything more extreme than loose gravel will be a little disappointing when it comes to full on exploring different environments but top speed and wheelies is where it shines. The 4x4 is goes anywhere and is easier to control and I have more fun with. Sunny day and pavement or loose gravel 2wd. Anything else is 4x4. I hope this answered your question.

@@samwise1202 I literally just saw your question. Glad I could help. Both take on snow and suck in anything over the bottom tray. If you're going for short course racing with jumps, drift, drag the 2wd won't disappoint. The 4x4 is the ultimate basher. Everything I do is car related. I build car's for a living and sim race and rc for hobbies. That's why I got both. I knew they look the same but would be different.

What battery are you running? Bc I have a 3 cell lipo and seems to have way more power. But still the slash 4x4 is probably the best for ta money. But a little tip with the steering system I would try to cover it up on the bottom with some type of removable panel in case something you can access it. This would make the slash almost invincible because everything else is really strong and well placed. The only negative thing is that steering servo that I mentioned it breaks very easy but other than that I love every part of that truck keep up the great work there. From a proud traxxas supporter for 3 years!
