A final hurrah seeps from your fatigued troops as you shed a tear that is quickly wiped away, you gaze over your valiant men who have helped you achieve the greatness which will gain you your martyrdom in but a few moments; they are a good lot, yet you fear none will make it home to their loving families again… Your signal is received by the bugler who initiates the final charge of your gallant horsemen. The moments youve shared with these men run through your mind in a fleeting moment of clarity in your otherwise hopeless position. You raise your cutlass one last time towards certain doom.

0:44 Arthur Morgan is left alone on the hill, he struggles crawl, to get back up and fight, but he stumbles. Eventually, he lies himself down to catch his breath. Suddenly he feels a warmth on his left cheek, he turns his head to see the rising sun, then he remembers what he told Lenny and Hosea “Face me to the west, so I can watch the setting sun. Remember all the fine times we had that way.” As he draws his final breath, he closes his eyes and dies peacefully, knowing that his brother John made it with his family, as he succumbs to his tuberculosis.

When I hear the chorus, I always think of Victor Frankenstein at the end of the book when he’s hunting down the monster, exhausted but fueled by rage and agony, desperate to end his creation. Until eventually, he’s laying on the ground near death, soaking in the tragedies he caused by his creation, wishing he could take it all back. Meanwhile, the monster is also dying, regretting all the pain he’s inflicted on others.

3:23 i think this part of the song shows how love works, no matter what one of them will die(even both at the same time) so this shows how love is what welcome death. It's the unavoidable destiny of all humanity and love still is not eternal but human wants to have it because it's like something we all need but at the same time might kill us, like air, water, our phone. It's the randomness of the world that makes everyone to live and keep going and the real human won't stop because we all deserve to live even though we all know the destiny. The pain, the love, the hate, the envy, all the emotions/feelings, the way we perceive world makes us react on doing something that creates other reactions, it's funny that a laugh, a call could have avoided your birth, the perfect imperfection of the world is truly amazing.

If you’re going for a bench or squat max, dump all the hype rap and hip hop and what not. Listen to this. It did wonders for me. Hit 145 bench like a week ago with just regular music and it took like 15 seconds to get up, so basically one more pound would have made it not go up. I tried 145 today with this song at the drop and got it up with ease compared to last time. Then, I tried 155 because I’m insane. However, I actually got it up. This comment was unnecessarily long, but yeah. It really gets your blood pumpin. Well, if you actually read this, have a good day 👍

This song makes me want to stand in a vast field of different shades of greens from light to dark splattered with red from my fellow comrades and foes. I stand alone in this field. It's almost poetic....my comrades trusted me most with their lives... only for me to be the literal last man standing. I fall to my hands and knees... why me? Why must I be last one alive? Everyone I've ever loved has vanished; they're all gone. as hot tears flow down my cheeks, I look around me for one last time. "this is it..." I mutter to myself, for there is nobody to hear me. I grab my sword. The weapon I used to do this slaughter of fathers, sons, grandsons.... Is this all my legacy leads up to? Will people think of the last man standing and wonder "was he a good man?" he wasn't. I'll answer that myself. I take my weapon used against mankind and I examine it. All the scratches, the wear and tare of it. I collect myself a bit "this IS it." I repeat louder, Almost as if to call out to someone.. a god if there is one... who am I joking... no god would let this happen.. "THIS IS IT!" I scream in a laughing tone. I take my sword and stab it straight into my heart. I get dizzy.. I feel pure bliss as I fall to the ground; I am numb to the core. "this is.... it.." I let out my final words in a sigh as i smile. the world fades out of view... This is it. But anyways it’s a great song😋

POV: Your dancing in an abandoned castle with your lover. They look at you sweetly. You hear this song play faintly and you are suddenly transported into a lively ballroom with a crowd. You are wearing a fancy red velvet dress. You are stunned for a second but go along with it. “Are you okay love?” He asked “Yea I’m okay” you say after a while “I love you so much” “I love you too” You hear a loud bang in the distance, you then hear an explosion. Your lover is gasping for air, they must have got caught in the explosion. “I love you my dear”

POV: You stand in the midst of war, bombs and bullets flying in all directions around you. Within the dark cloud of smoke, you see your comfort character, their eyes nearly glowing as the light from the fire hit them right. They smiled and ran towards you, arms outstretched. You feel tears pricking at the corners of your eyes, your throat tightens and you sob out their name. They quickly pull you into a loving embrace and hold your head to their chest. You can hear their racing heartbeat drowning out the gunfire and screaming around you. "I thought I lost you.." They whispered before kissing you gently on the forehead. You couldn't even utter one word as you sobbed in their arms, choking over your own emotions. This moment, it was as if the war had never started.. It was as if the world went quiet.
