3:23 i think this part of the song shows how love works, no matter what one of them will die(even both at the same time) so this shows how love is what welcome death. It's the unavoidable destiny of all humanity and love still is not eternal but human wants to have it because it's like something we all need but at the same time might kill us, like air, water, our phone. It's the randomness of the world that makes everyone to live and keep going and the real human won't stop because we all deserve to live even though we all know the destiny. The pain, the love, the hate, the envy, all the emotions/feelings, the way we perceive world makes us react on doing something that creates other reactions, it's funny that a laugh, a call could have avoided your birth, the perfect imperfection of the world is truly amazing.

Agreed - there are some places where the harmonies clash together. We for example in the beginning have a flat minor 7 - but this is just with his voice singing the 7 also. This makes for a kinda "dull" feeling where we don't get the build-up effect you could get with for example a major 7th chord which is also what is used in the original. Just some thoughts. :)
