Just curious, why did they get a 24 year old actor to play Doon character instead of getting another teenage actor like Lina's actress who is 14 years old. It's just seem weird because in the book both characters have the same age though they are both 12 years old.

Always admired Tim. He was also the “unhinged guy in the basement” in War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise and Dakota Fanning (2005) and he was the protagonist in Shawshank Redemption (1994). Robbins was also in Bull Durham, Dead Man Walking, Cadillac Man, Top Gun, Zathura, Mystic River and Green Lantern, to name a few. One of the more underrated actors of our time; he plays evil, dramatic and comedic characters with an ease that is hard to match, imo.
