I've been playing Ark since all there was on Evolved was The Island, and I've never had this much trouble finding a rex. I'm going on three months, now, without a single spawn. I don't want to cheat one in, but c'mon. I can't even START breeding a boss team because of this.

I spent 6 hours looking for a good rex. I found a level 150 but it was a fkn alpha. Damn thing took 10 minutes to kill. Never found a normal 150 though.

they have the same spawns as a normal rex, so all the locations i show you can find but you prob just get unlucky

try do a dino wipe, or if you play official kill everything nearby the spawn areas

Is it just me or are all of the spawn locations different than what is shown in the real game? I am at 73.6 lat 68.7 long and when looking at my map I am on the other side of the water quite a ways to the right of what your cursor is showing on the video. I am on PS5 and just looking at the locations as shown at the bottom of the map. Can someone advise on which is messed up? Thanks.

the coordinate are different on ark survival ascended then ASE like the map coordinate are different so I'm guessing that is the problem

If its the same as back on evolved. The map is scaled differently on consoles to pc. So often KZbin vids coords are off a lil if they're pc

is not normal but if you play single player or private world try a dino wipe ''destroywilddinos'' is the code if official might wanna kill everything nearby the spawns

It’s depends how much dinos are spawned.

yeah kill creatures close to these spawns should fix it and if you play single player you could use the cheat code Destroywilldinos to delete and reset all wild dinos

yeah the island can be brutal to find high levels if unlucky, best of killing all the low levels so the high ones can spawn
