800 g rice ( 4 cup )
2 onion
2 tomato
5-6 green chillies
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
2+1 tsp salt
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup oil
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 TSP fennel seeds and
1 tsp black pepper.
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 black cardamom
6-7 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
2 mace
2 bay leaves

As Salaam Alai kum. I prepared pulao as per your recipe except for the rice. I used the rice we use daily. It turned out really delicious. You made it so easy and delicious. Pulao was never my strong point but after today,I'm going to make it a bi weekly dish Insha Allah. Next time I will try it with basmati rice. Lubna,I regularly make many items as per your recipes.
