Keep rocking! Jsi inspirace!

Díky za tip, no mám to spíš pro pocit, těžší pásek by mi zase zavazel, není to to samé co backsquat .) salute

People say, that shakeing squats are bad for joints
@Asabado4 жыл бұрын
Its not as stable as would be because its after the pullups. I do pistols 8 years and never had knee issue. Its all just excuses from weak people to skip legday.

@@Asabado I (not only me) have small joint problems after many years. And now I see the power- strenght in the caution - safety.

I train pistol squats 10 years in row never had any injury, any lower Back pain, any knee pain ever. In the meantime guys Who cant do anything and are complete failures in calosthenics training kept coming and leaving with comments Like yours throughout the years.. Sorry this all are myths. There is nothing Like proper form. There is only pain free movement thats making you stronger and healthier in the Long term. And I am living proof of it myself. My only injuries were on upper body(bicep and pec) and due to extreme overload not suit for natural athlete without specializing in it.
