Actually, it's wrong. Primarily, there are four kinds of conditionals, in which the 1st Conditional sentence should be: If you come to Punjab, we'll be glad to meet you. Note: Please remember that when you write two clauses connected by a comma in the 1st conditional, one clause should be in the Present Simple Tense and another clause should be in the Future simple Tense. Additionally, when you add a connector in one clause such as If, When, Although, Though, Inspite of, Despite, Until, Unless, Provided that, etc., that sentence (the one clause that contains a connector) must be in the Simple Present Tense, and another sentence (2nd Clause) should be in the Simple Future Tense.
