@@WinterForWolves I said not a gimmick. I would consider Myrkur, or at least her promoting herself as BM as a gimmick. She has 1-2 BM sounding songs per album but is not a BM band. Maybe it was her label's fault to position her that way, but still, left a bad impression with a lot of people.

I feel like this is criminally underrated because its women. This is outstandingly good imo. Theres so much new BM out there but this band goes straight to the roots. Some of these riffs are DISGUSTING 🤘🏼 much love hope to see them live one day !

it sort of does in the sense that some bands sell sex, but Asagraum has never been about that, just talented/skilled musicians who happen to be female. There is a difference, there's too much sex selling I think with female bands in rock and metal. I mean if that's what people want to do, that's their choice but it's hard to take it seriously if bands go that route.
