A loathsome structure composed of mutilated girls sewn together mouth-to-butt, just like in "The human centipede" movie... they're moaning in pain, wheel of flesh is slowly rotating. Just like it was passionately cherished and savored in humid dreams of Mr. Architect, an imposing grey-haired gentleman possessed by art of carnal installations...
