Asake is HIM!!! His sound has evolved so much, and this album cements that. It has a more global appeal, but it also doesn’t abandon his roots I also like the fact that magicsticks is not on every track, it shows that Asake can work outside his comfort zone. I was going crazy around that early morning when the album dropped 😂 MMS is soul soothing and so within Wizkid's smooth vibes. Sùúrù also is a beautiful soul soothing track. My all time favourite is Fuji vibe, I'll not apologise for i who become once that song drops. This album is 100/100 no skips, i can't even rank them because it's that good, it's a treasure chest❤ he was HEAVY with the Fuji in this album, the talking drum goes so hard my Yorùbá heart was so pleased. I had to quickly drop this😂 I swear is so K1 Da Ultimate😌

The intentionality of the album is what makes it really special- it was made to dominate the South America, Carribean and Europe. The spanish guitars, sounds, blended with his cultural beliefs and voice is amazing. On Mood, he literally spoke Spanish like Yoruba, you would have thought he was Spanish, if not for his Fuji tune. My Heart, which is also my favorite; I don’t even want to talk too much about it, the song is just exceptionally good. Uhh yeahh, a blend of rock, electric music, rock and Fuji, man was on fireee! Suru ft. Stormzy is special too, so therapeutic. Stormzy’s vocal is sooo good. Mentally and Worldwide are so good! MMS, I absolutely understood your reaction on first listen, but I think that reaction was based off a certain level of expectation for Wiz and you kinda had a not-so-positive expectation with him blending with Asake’s style of music, but I promise you that you are going to love it when you listen with an open mind. Fuji Vibe was live recording, mad stuff! . It was a project to express versatility and it did just that. Just asking people not to box him and we have heard. It is a solid 7/10 album for me. And you already know, I am a big fan of your work. I absolutely everything that you do.
