If you are here in 2090, I was here in 2023.💜💜💜💜💜 ASAKE was a young artist signed under OLAMIDE ( BADDO ) record label YBNL. He was among the best musicians of his generation. In 2023, Nigerian music was doing absolutely well, getting even better everyday and it was loved worldwide. We Nigerians we're proud of this success story. Hope the world is a better place in 2090? Stay safe and be a nice human. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Nigeria will colonize Amapiano. Just see him naming the song Amapiano. The more he becomes mainstream, the more he (and Nigeria) become all too synonymous with Amapiano. Everyone will always know S.A as the England of Amapiano, but these Nigerians might end up being the Brazilians of it.

Dey play . Asake can never stop singing in Yoruba. The newly released single with Olamide is in Yoruba. Your hate and envy for Yoruba and its people can never stop our greatness. Cos, i can't understand your ish.. about the language he sings in.
@keekbackVidzHD Жыл бұрын
@@nikeseweje1028 he was not hating. He was speaking facts. Just cuz you are yoruba and accept him singing in only Yoruba, does not mean will accept it. All the big Nigerian artists, from Burna Boy, to Davido, to Wizkid, to Kizz Daniel etc. ALL have mixed in pidgin english into their songs. If ALL their singles were strictly Yoruba and nothing else, it will only translate to African success but not international success due to the language barrier. This is a COLD HARD FACT. This is partly why, as much as we love Makosa songs, most Francophone artists, even the big time ones like Fally Ipupa & Koffi Olomide, have not gained any CONSISTENT worldwide traction, due to their songs being heavily in their native language.
