He should strive to play for the big teams in the elite leagues for about 3 or 4 more seasons....the best place to go from westham is Liverpool...and establish himself as one of the best players in the EPL and then when he's about to end his career, he can then go to Saudi for the money. Is good to establish your name as a footballer. You can also make money outside football if you were good in Europe. If he wants to play football for a very long time, he should focus and play for quality. Talk to his management and talk to his current team for increment of salary or based on performance. Ask yourself, why didn't Toni Kroos go there. When was the last time a Ghanaian player won a champions league? Let's help our players who are out there sell our league and the intention of our league to the world so that we can sell players right from Ghana and inject money into our league. Asamoah Gyan, you are not entirely correct. Go check the wages of Bellingham, Toni Kroos, kelvin debryne, Yaya Toure, Samuel Eto, mbappe etc you don’t need to play in the gulf to be able to make those money. All those players you mentioned played at the top level before moving to the gulf after their peak. Advise them to put in more work to get them a move to elite clubs that will get them a better contract. Ronaldo,Messi etal has the hotels and investments but no one talks about it but what they did in football. If you advise them to work hard devoid of complacency, the money will be an icing on the cake without they necessarily moving to the gulf at the early stages of their careers. Some of the elite clubs in Europe pay that amount the gulf clubs pay. Long story short advise them to put in the work
