Mukulu Kawalya let me ask you one question, did FUFA licensing tackles players and coaches contracts with the clubs? If they do so, how comes many players and coaches are not paid for their services they offered which is in contracts and FUFA keep a blind eye. It's better to be with 6 clubs in the league which can meet all the recommendations than being with clubs who need help themselves. What's FUFA doing?... How long do they want the league to be in amateur state yet they know what to do.
