thanks for actually showing up the adapter's specs for the power supply. ugreen's documentation for this usb3.0 to sata converter is missing the crucial information about the power adapter specification, they didnt mention anything about the polarity of the power adapter that is needed to be used. I bougth the adapter that doesnt come with power supply.

Wtf first text is English rest is giberish 3.5 hhds need extra power that's why you need a power plug the USB for pc connection reading but 2.5 ssd needs no power cable just USB .
