Asari Adept Platinum Solo with Shield-Powered Lance (Mass Effect Andromeda)

My first Asari Adept solo featured a maxed out Throw and just one point in Lance, so for this one, I wanted to see if a Shield-Powered Lance build was viable with the Asari Adept in a Platinum solo.
It is indeed viable and very fun. But, you have to be careful because this is a total glass cannon build. Saboteurs can drop your shields in one shot and down you with a follow-up shot. Saving Barrier can be useful at times to restore your shields, but you can only rely on it every 15 seconds. And of course Lance reduces the amount of shields that you have (three to break shields). But if you can manage this, you can chain together so many Biotic and Tech Combos!

Why not go with Radius on Lance? Help near misses. and possible to hit more than one enemy per cast. (not questioning your ability. Just was looking for a technical analysis.)

I suppose I could have tried that, given Lance's measly damage increase with 4A. I never found Lance to be particularly accurate, even with the radius boost.

@@Madawot I've been leveling my AA and tried a few builds already and I agree. The radius seems very small. However. Have you SEEN my aim. Every little bit helps. I just feel the AF/Throw build is better in gold, where I'm playing. Safer. more BE damage.

I also like to use sheild lance but on the duelist with charge...very fun combos. I feel that shield lance is kinda weak compared to throws swift detonation.

kevo300 Throw Swift Detonation Combos are more powerful, but if you can string together three Shield-Powered Lances in a row, Lance’s damage comes out on top. Throw’s cooldown is around 6-7 seconds with Annihilation Field on (the way I specced it). Haven’t done a Platinum solo run with the Duelist and Shield-Powered Lance yet. That will be tough but do-able (at least on Sandstorm).
