Haley annoyed me so much in season 2 because not only did she cheat on Nathan she also left to go on tour with Chris and acted as if when she got back that everything would return to be normal.

I hated how her and Chris kissed but she was just trying to make it in the music industry and she was confused. She was only 17 maybe 18 at the time. On tour, she never did anything with Chris because no one could ever replace Nathan. I hated the episodes but Nathan and Haley are iconic.

harleyxo she didn't choose chris, she chose her dream. She left because she thought Nathan was keeping her from her dream when he said "If you wanna go, you should go, but if you do we're done" He sought she was leaving because she wanted to be with Chris but I don't feel as if that's it. And she didn't kiss him. Chris kissed her and then she moved away. Re-watch it and tell me if I'm wrong.
