I’m just starting to get into meditation very much a beginner, but when you described the glowing gold light my eyes lit up a gold color as they were closed & I know it wasn’t any outside lights because I was in a dimly lit room with lights off and the blinds closed. Hopefully I’m on the right track :)

Please do not be offended, but I got the worrisome thought that making this grid stronger and highlighting myself with a pillar of light would entrap or reinforce the entrapment of my energy on Gaia as the prison planet. I live on a watery ley line and connected strongly with your light words, but was then overcome with foreboding worry. Am I stuck in the mindset of needing to be a hidden star seed or should I still be wary of the misuse of Gaia’s grids? Am I truly helping with my love light or am I strengthening the bars of the old prison?

So the waves....i feel shocks like from the tips of toes to heart and then out to my fingertips all over my nerves.... and if I move my head to quickly ...or breath too deeply, I feel jolts of electricity as IF I am withdrawling from a medication... such as antidepressant, something of that nature.....and if I close my eyes i can literally SEE waves of.... Something , I can almost watch them. No I absolutely can watch them. Never told anyone about these except for my practitioner whom is treating me for severe migraine disorder. It has gotten worse the longer I have been awake. Is this the energy? Do I need more energy crystals? All of mine are very small and may not be enough to help cleanse me. Idk I'm just feeling nuts. Anyone have any thoughts? If it is not normal tell me I can take it...if so let me know as well please. And yes I meditate, and yes i am teaching myself to learn everything from chakra alignment to crystals and gems, to crystalline grounding ,tarot reading, and palmistry. Please help me understand and maybe if ANYONE CAN REFER ME TO A MENTOR so I dont have to teach myself and have someone to ask these questions without it being public business.lol thanks to whoever.....if y'all can help ..
