healer considered himself doing anything except healing ? Or talents on this server not allowing to do damage due to no dmg spells in general in his build ?

Doing damage is possible with a Penance or maybe Atonement hybrid approach. But most people build those archetypes by going too all in for them to be optimal for uncapped M+ imo. A Penance archetype with Holy light kit could be top tier, perhaps

Hey I know this probably isn’t the place to ask this. But I’m new and am looking to get into end game content. I just have no idea how to even get into or approach it. Are there any resources or such that can explain how to even get into m+

Sadly no proper resources that I'm aware of. However getting into the early levels of M+, up to around +20s, is super easy and can be done via world chat grouping quite handily. If you get some competent players you can push even further. It's only really at the 40+ mark that knowledge about the dungeons and routes becomes a bit more important. I made a couple shorts that go over the Fire Champions and Frost Champions which seem to be the biggest hurdles for people getting into M+. They may seem very difficult at first, but they're very predictable so once you get used to each champion's dance they're not really a big deal. I may go over some other M+ affixes in the future, though I need to think of how I can structure that in a video.

yeah majority of bosses are quite lame, the difficulty is from living the packs and being efficient enough to beat the timer and survive the champs but for a private server that really doesnt put much effort into m+ its still very enjoyable and offers a kind of challenge retail does not
