For Christmas breakfast... pork pie..... it's a bit of a tradition in the county I live in. Bit of bread and brown sauce on the side. Bucks fizz to wash it down. 😋

You can use smoked salt, sage, and lovage to make your homemade gravy taste like PIB gravy.
