Not trying to be a jerk, but I'm just wondering what step of this is making the bitrate look so low on this. I imagine it's probably the twitch vods are the issue (I know streaming can't be lossless) but I feel like they're higher quality while watching the stream itself. Just curious.

It's the re-encoding done by KZbin. The original material is already way below what YT recommends for 720p60fps videos, so there is some heavy degradation. ~ZeForte

Ah, yeah I can see that. I've been struggling with youtube's encoding forever now, even on videos that are near lossless. Though, I just checked the video and its not vp9 yet so maybe after it gets re-encoded to that (god knows when that'll be) it'll like a little better. Have you ever discussed having seagull record his streams locally and sending you the footage or is that out of the question? I would imagine swapping files that big would be a pain in the ass.

Yeah, Seagull providing higher quality footage has been on my mind since day 1. We finally had a chat regarding that a few days ago, and he wants to try play, stream, and record (in higher quality) at the same time as much as his PC can handle. Let's see how that goes. I personally fear a second (streaming/recording) PC is unavoidable, so even if that's the route he wants to go, it'll take some time to set up. ~ZeForte

A_Seagull If his computer is good enough, it should be able to handle all 3 IF you keep it at 720. However if you want to do 60, he's probably gonna have to get a second computer (and you want to do 60 because as an added bonus youtube promotes content better if its 720p60 or above iirc). I don't think there exists hardware out there that can handle all that and record 720p60 or higher, but idk. Good luck to both of you though! Great job with the editing

It's pretty nice to be able to kill half the hero roster with 1 arrow, shoot those arrows every second, and only have to aim in their general direction. Hanzo is balanced now.

The deflection damage happens around 3:40, the scatter fires into the enemy Genji, he deflects, and Shadder is deflecting too and they just reflected the arrows multiple times.

I think there was a moment when both genjis were reflecting and u shot an arrow. Looked like they just passed the 1 arrow back and forth during the deflect duration. Probably added each arrow deflect to his overall dmg.

Wondering how Seagull died so fast at 6:16. The first volley takes him to 144 hp = 56 damage = 2 body shots or 1 headshot. If you watch the killcam, it was clearly one bodyshot, so how did it do double damage? Also, Seagull had 164 hp before the next attack. The Genji did another volley into melee to kill Seagull. That means the Genji either did 3 headshots or 2 headshots + 1 body + melee. However, if you look at the killcam, you can see that the second volley missed entirely, which means that the melee attack did at least 164 damage. It also says "100" on the elimination which means the Genji did 100% of the damage. How on earth is this possible? Not claiming hacking; there must be some damage mechanic I don't know about.

Both Genjis deflected at teh same time. the shuriken(or other shots) that was fired before was bounced back and forth between Genjis multiple times. Tahts why the high number.

who knows. that is the only explanation. depending on distance(mostly directly in-front of each other) and dmg of the shot, it can ramp up the dmg very quickly.

It wasn't just the shurikens. Look at 3:44 , he clearly deflects Seagull's Scatter Arrow as well, which is 75 damage per arrow. Besides, that instance probably only amounted to ~10k damage since Shadder2k was playing Genji the whole game and deflected other things as well. Edit: If you use . and , to switch frames, a frame at 3:45 shows that 6 arrows shoot out from the Genjis a while after the Arrows which missed have stopped bouncing. These must be the Arrows which bounced between them. 6 * 75 = 450 10,000 / 450 = 22,22 In other words, Shadder2k would have reflected 6 scatter arrows about 22 times during that second or so when the arrows were bouncing. So, that's pretty fast (10,000 is just a guess though, from my experience a good Genji gets around 4k deflect damage during a whole game, maybe more if there's a Bastion)
