Metro Manila Reclamation Projects, Philippines. Horizon Manila is a 419-hectare reclamation project, consisting of three islands that will include industrial, and commercial projects, as well as public housing projects for the residents of the City of Manila. It has been described as one of the biggest reclamation projects in Manila Bay. The city built on scratch is mapped into three islands, arranged east to west with long faces along the north-south axis, with a 4-kilometer-long canal park, as the main connecting feature in between the isles. The canal park, not only connects the three islands but also provides Horizon with a public park at its core that stretches all the way to the water's edge, ensuring that Manila Bay sunset, will always belong to the public. This urban valley recalls the settlement of Manila along the Pasig River and bolsters the idea of Manila as a city by the river.
The Pasay Reclamation Development Project in Manila Bay is a new and modern commercial and residential property development to be run by SM Prime Holding Incorporated. The project involves the reclamation of approximately 726 hectares through the construction of three artificial islands according to international standards to ensure a safe living environment. The islands have been designed to withstand potential large earthquakes. In addition, shore protection works are designed to withstand typhoons.
Empire City is a major property development in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located on one of the prime riverfront subdivisions of the Thu Thiem new urban area. It covers 14.56 hectares and it will include over 3000 apartments, hotels, retail, food and beverage, and Grade A office space. The project features the Empire 88 Tower, 333 meters it’s the tallest proposed tower in Thu Thiem, and it will be a defining landmark of the city skyline. The new global landmark destination in the heart of Thailand’s Capital.
One Bangkok is a fully-integrated district that will enhance the country’s stature on the world stage. One of Bangkok's crowning achievements is its 430-meter One Bangkok 04H4 Signature Tower, housing office spaces with grade E offices, a hub for arts and cultural activities, and a super luxury hotel. Set to become one of Southeast Asia’s ten tallest buildings, it will offer visitors panoramic views of Bangkok's skyline.
KL Metropolis is a 75.5-acre mixed development that is envisioned to be the International Trade and Exhibition District for Kuala Lumpur. It aims to integrate trade, commerce, living, and transport, in one bustling hub. The best of human ingenuity has come together to create a modern, inclusive, and sustainable ecosystem. A new generation of buildings, with sustainable architecture and energy-efficient engineering designed to improve living quality. It aims to be among the most sustainable city communities in the country, with Malaysia’s Green Building Index and LEED certification.

Việt nam rất nhiều dự án lớn hàng 1000ha đã xây dựng và nhiều dự án đang xây dựng,nhưng không dễ để kéo dân về ở,vì nó liên quan rất nhiều yếu tố,như cơ sở hạ tầng tiện ích,sức mua của dân,công việc,Việt nam có rất nhiều dự án hàng 100ha không thể kéo được người dân về ở,để bỏ hoang hàng chục năm.Đầu tư ra mà không khả thi mang lại lợi nhuận sẽ thất bại, Malaysia xây dựng khu đô thị Forest city giờ bỏ hoang không ai ở,nhiều nhà đầu tư của Việt Nam đang mắc kẹt ở đó,ở không được vì không có dân thiếu hạ tầng tiện ích,bán không xong vì không ai mua.
