Helpful guide to Astro 2021 by pastel kookies is the best so far and very detailed. You'll easily get to better know and identify each member more easily after watching it.

Some things that are missing from that guide is: They debuted on February 23,2016 They write some of their songs themselves, since All Night era there is atleast a self composed song from one member Mj was in a trot Idol group last year called Superfive with five members including Hui from Pentagon. They are formed from a reality series called Favorite Entertainment. I recommend watching it on your own time is really funny especially Mj

I would say definitely check out Astro Zone, it's their most recent variety show. Also Astro on The Immigration is super hilarious, but it's one of their older videos. I'd say check out their MVs for Blue Flame and Knock, which have some pretty awesome choreo. Thank you for reacting to more Astro! They're super fun, and they really are such great dancers. Also, to see the Astro dance line, the INK 2018 opening stage was pretty epic. Also, Jinjin and Rocky and Sanha participated in the Idol Dance Cover challenge for EXO's Love Shot, which you might enjoy.

INK 2018 remains to this day and without a doubt my ultimate favourite dance routine from Astro's dance line. Damn, they're clean! Astro as a group have a very different dance style that doesn't always highlight the dance line's capabilities; the INKI stage does that.

This is an old guide you watch the updated 2021 version by pastel kookies. BTW They all are actors. Fantagio is actually an acting company but has produced some idols over the years and they are one of them. They are of the same company as weki meki. Hope you react more to their content. If you watch the 2021 guide you will know what to watch more of them. Also, they just shot a variety show called Astro zone it has 8 episodes, fully subbed. You can watch that if you want.

Like most everyone said, the Pastel Kookies version of the 2021 Astro Guide is much more informative and has been updated. I'd say watch all of their MVs and corresponding dance practices, because the dancing doesn't miss. Dance practices that don't have MVs but are a must: Again, Moonwalk, With You, and having a great time in When You Call My Name (내 이름을 부를 때). [Note that side-filmed stuff is because of the narrow stage they perform on for that particular song, so they are recording for placement] They have "special" dance practices where they're particularly cheesy/funny/cute/costumed, and then performance videos in like, suits, for some of their songs. They've been on most variety shows, so there's no lack of content in those, and When Manager Falls Asleep is recommended. They also do two series with either them (DDOCA) or staff (PLAY) holding cameras while they're doing almost everything, which are available on the Astro channel. Rocky and Moonbin being our dancers means videos of them covering a lot of dances, and maybe a compilation of some of each of them dancing is worthwhile. Rocky was also a contestant on Hit the Stage and 2nd place (how, even?!) on Dance War, so those performances are awesome. As smaller groups they've been in cover dance performances (Love Shot, BTS's Idol), along with several performances with other idols of their birth year (liners), and they've done both Baby and Blue Flame on variety shows at 2x speed. The group acted together in web drama To Be Continued, and members Cha Eunwoo (lead in My ID is Gangnam Beauty, Rookie Historian, and True Beauty), Moonbin (lead in Mermaid Prince (both)), and Sanha (web dramas Soul Plate, Love Drama 11M). Glad you're getting to know them. They're crazy talented and very underrated for the amount they've done and do. Thanks for the review and wanting to know more!

I agree that visual positions don’t make sense since idols in general are usually attractive 😂 I read somewhere tho that visuals are members in charge of “looking good” rather than just being the “best looking”… so the idol who they’d (for example) focus on dressing the best & give more killing parts to; which makes a little more sense to me 😅

They pick on JinJin's height and visuals all the time. He also has dance training, went to Hanlim High school and is included in one of their videos on KZbin. That is honestly their love language to him. MJ is the one who hits the high notes and is the hyperest member. Eunwoo has the nickname among other groups as face genius. He's an actor and has been in a few shows, most well know is True Beauty, My ID is Gangnam Beauty, The Rookie Historian and TOP Management. Moonbin is a known for his eating, has also starred in dramas Moments of Eighteen, The Mermaid Prince, The Mermaid Prince: the beginning. ROCKY has a lot of dance training, has vocals to match (he uploads covers on here and has a soundcloud. Sanha is 184cm or 6'1, plays guitar and has a phobia of bugs which causes him to hit MJ level high notes. All have acted in a few web dramas my favorite is Soul Plate. Since your a pro dancer you might enjoy a new dance variety show call: Street woman fighter “mnet” Currently there is two episode with eng sub. A bunch of female professional/ street dancer competing with each other to see who is the best pro dance crew in south korea. The only one there that is not a pro dancer is idol- chaeyeon of izone. During the 1 vs 1 freestyle dancer chaeyeon lost a lot. Even though chaeyeon may dance well but during a dance battle the professional dancer has the edge.
