I would like to start by saying I'm loving this series, definitely broadening my perspective and has increased my intentionality when it comes to reading the Bible, in that I dig deeper these days . However, I disagree with Jordan , about Ham having some form of sexual relations with his mom as a way of referring to Him seeing His Father's nakedness, I mean yeah it could mean that, but when I read the verse ,verse 21 , it says "When He drank some of it's wine,he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent" (NIV) What I understood by that is that Noah got drunk and He lay naked in the tent, so I don't think that Noah's nakedness being referred to here has anything to do with Ham having sexual relations with the mom but simply that Noah got drunk and slept naked in his tent. But I haven't finished watching the video yet ,but so far that's my 2 cents. But love the series, love yall and have a wonderful week❤

I am so happy to know that another Christian are getting to expose to this ideas. Have you heard about eastern orthodox? I’ve learned that these ideas are pretty much what they believe and pratice ever since because its in their traditions. If you’re diving more about our ancient faith, I am currently listening to this podcast “Lord of the Spirit” by fr. Stephen de young and Fr. Dammick. Most of Mike Heisers ideas aligned to what they were talking about there AND MOREEEEE… a lot of UEEEEREKAAAA moment😭

psalm 100 will give you great peace when i feel worried i read psalm 94:19 please do not fear what is to come in this world, instead be excited that you are living another day to praise obey and worship GOD i also read the book of revelation when my heart starts to hate the world and the wickedness around me, it brings me peace that no matter what happens to me Jesus wins 🤍🥺🙏

If there is still nephlim post flood then doesnt that imply that some people can not be saved due to their genetics? How would anyone know if they were from the bloodline of the nephlim and surely that isnt fair on them people. I dont understand that and seems to contradict the bible as Jesus doesnt disqualify anyone from being saved by his mercy

Another reason why he did not curse his son because when they came off the ark God blessed them all and you can’t curse who God has blessed. Genesis 9:1 “And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.” ‭

If a grasshopper is about 1 inch tall and a human is 6 feet tall, that’s a 1:72 height difference. Now multiply 6 by 72 and you get 432 feet. Hmm not surprising that the Bible confirms the size of these giants! Crazy!! I am binging this series and I wanted to say thank you and I love it! It’s totally giving me a new respect and fear of the Lord, knowing that the spiritual warfare we hear about so frequently in church is something real and scary and just hallelujah for Jesus or we would perish!!!!

I love this series and I'm thankful for how much time you guys put into this! I just have a question.. read 1 Peter 3:19-20. Here it shows that God had patience in the days of Noah while the ark was being built.. so if the nephilims were corrupted and Noah's family was the last with true human genes, then why would God still wait and have patience while the ark was being built? If there was no saving plan for the nephilims.. then what was God patient for?

But that’s just my human brain trying to search the brain of God! I’m sure in His wisdom he knew exactly what he was doing and knew it wouldn’t prevent Him from completing His plan!

The fact that they often inter married before Moses passed the law means that even a little bit of Nephilim genes would be concentrated, totally possible that that could lead to nephilim offspring

For me the theory of Ham having sexual relations with his mother was solidified when I read Leviticus 20:21 “If there is a man who takes his brother’s wife, it is abhorrent; he has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They will be childless.” Could Canaan have been the offspring of Ham and his mother? I know he is mentioned by name prior to the mention of the sin of uncovering his fathers nakedness.- But perhaps that’s why he’s cursed specifically because he was born in sin? And it appears throughout the Bible that children born out of sin are accursed? Just a thought idk 😅

I have a question about Genesis 9.20-27 especially verse 21. I understand how you interpreted the meaning of uncovering the n*kedness according to Leviticus 18 as was explained in the podcast but what do we do with verse 21? It seems Noah was indeed n*ked in the tent because he uncovered himself… I do not really agree with the idea that Cham slept with his mother

I think that goes back to the other verse where if you see your father's nakedness then you see your mother's nakedness. It could be interpreted that he went out and told his brothers of "his father's nakedness" but really told them what he did to his mother. And they went in and covered him up, meaning Noah's wife would have been naked although he was covered and maybe that led to him knowing something had happened. I'm just trying to make sense of it myself, so don't take my words and run lol
