Minsan po it is easier said than done. God let us experience these negative emotions for a purpose. These are struggles that are normal to everyone. My experience is I talk it out to God. He is my Father and best friend who listens well and can change my heart without judging. I think this is the best solution for depression. After this, He gives me peace in my heart.
