I’m diggin the cuttings, brother. I’ve been lookin at airlayering off of some native Sitka Mountain Ash in my yard, but I’m gonna go for a few cuttings as well. Thanks for the heads up here. I like where you are taking the canopy. She is developing nicely.

Glad to see your ash recover so well. Had a quick search and seems "compound" and "pinnate" leaves apply to e.g. ashes not sure what's the difference really lol (being non native to English).

Thank you! And that's interesting as I had not heard of Pinnate leaves before. I just did a quick search as well and it looks to be very similar to compound leaves.

was it pyrithrum that made the leafs grow all funky mike? dang stuff almost killed a few of mine too! i use sevin spray for ipm/pest control now. works good. using neam/soap, mammoth, and earths ally for all my organic stuff

Thanks Mike. the stuff I used was called Z one from Zamzows. I'm not sure what the ingredients are in it. I checked their website just now and they aren't listed. It was awhile ago so it's possible I mixed it in the wrong ratios, I can't be sure. But I don't think so
