I think lucario's gax aura sphere is more powerful than ultimate water shuriken ,if lucario learns to make it fast like seen in the opening song ,he might win .i think lucario has quite powerful moves ,also the fast bullet punch attacks:even greeninja can't dodge it .also if finally lucario use reversal it's decided for sure .
