Please take into account, I only use high sensitivity for "content" it makes your POV look faster. If I was trying to get better at the game, I would definitely lower it.

I edit the clips based on "most action" to "boring" meaning its not in sequential order all the time, its best to put the more "action packed" clips first for audience retention. Also if I get some good clips on the same map but end up dying, I'll throw those clips in there too so it doesn't go to waste! I use to make montages/highlights only, so this has always been my style. Content is content, Enjoy!
