My Testimony from New Age Spirituality and Lukewarm Christianity

Oooh I love these testimonies! I finally woke up and walked away from new age about two years ago. My journey also started from a break up (which is most people’s start). I “manifested” my now fiancé several times and once I stopped, he came back and we were able to work CORRECTLY in GOD’s TIME. We were both lost, he’s opened his heart to God fully and has started his own relationship with God outside of me. New Ageism births selfishness and narcissism. You think you are so powerful, that you are the god of your reality, you’re putting yourself on God’s pedestal. I literally encountered a demon when channeling a “guide”. It was towering over me with this bird-like skull head with such a dark heavy feeling. I was deeply disturbed. I’m so happy to fully be with God again. No more being on the fence. So happy for us!

i am so happy for you! glory be to God! i remember when i used to watch you when i was also not as mature spiritually and to see you grow in faith i'm literally in tears 😭😭😭! i have also grown in faith and there's still more room to grow. i pray for the Lord's grace to continue in faith, repentance and stand firm. i also was depressed in 2017-2018 because of a situationship. was the lowest i had ever been in my life. i backslid. it was the pivotal point where i became born again.

love your bravery to share these things for your sisters to be enlightened. It is true that it is so easy to fall on this new age things especially nowadays. i am a bit disappointed when I see a fellow sister in Christ fall for these lies but I understand as I once was just like them, blinded by those lies that in my hands I can create my own future, I can do and manifest what I want. But only by God's grace and mercy we are all still here, for His glory. Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to The Father except through Jesus. I pray that the Holy Spirit will open our hearts and minds and expose the lies of the enemy in our life.

I left a comment under another of your videos, but it's so amazing how much you've grown into your faith Asha ❤️🌸. So happy for you, God bless! I started watching you when I was 18 and I was REALLY REALLY lukewarm Christian (I was raised Christian but I never really learnt about it myself nor had relationships with Jesus). So I started being impacted by the world so much and as you too said, people always have this innate desire to believe and higher power and follow something. And if you're not a slave of God, you'll be a slave to the world, your sins, and satan. I didn't realise it back then. At one point I felt like I'm doing something so wrong, my soul was searching for the Truth, for God, and thankfully I found THE TRUTH (because there's only one Truth - Jesus is God and saviour) and I gave my heart to Christ 💚🙏. Life is not easy all the time, I experience hardships and temptations but It's amazing how God changed my heart and thoughts. I remembered a story that happened to me when I was maybe 17. I wasn't a practicing Christian then, but I was labeling myself as "spiritual". So once I went to this lecture of some Buddhist monk, the lecture hall was full of people waiting for some truth and wisdom. What this guy said was essentially that being addicted to material things makes you suffer 😶. What's interesting is that people would literally go to such events and hear the most simple and primitive things ever, burn candles, and believe all the stuff that feels good but is actually really primitive to its core lol while completely neglecting the wisdom of Christianity without even genuinely (!) giving Jesus a chance and actually trying to know Him better for themselves (Bible is accessible online, you can also find comments for it to understand it better etc). But people would rather do dru*s and have "sacred s*x rituals" to feel more "elevated and spiritual".

In a way i have found myself in one of those situations and ohhh dear God the search is endless yet as you mentioned if we just try God .....Everything is truly rooted in Him ,the Holy Trinity.

New age tells you to heal yourself alone. Manifest and you did all that by yourself with the universal laws etc. so I’m open to hearing what you say because I totally agree with that.

Yes! Jesus is the only way to God! The only way! So crazy how I got deeper into the new age thing… just from dating a guy and learning about our compatibility that’s how it all starts! Then I got into my horoscope and his and then discovered tarot bought tarot cards and got some readings done. Then I started feeling myself get obsessed with watching tarot reading videos etc etc… wow but thank you Jesus for delivering me from all that! ❤
