Now as a man in his 30s, it makes me tear up for all the people (women, men, and non-binary alike) who are abused by the very person who is supposed to love them the most. I’m lucky that my boyfriend isn’t abusive and that I have never been in an abusive relationship, but physical, emotional, and/or psychological abuse can happen to anyone. You are wrong about music 20 years ago, it was still good, maybe not as good as anything before 2000s though.
