Around mid to late game, a lot of mistakes is just poor positioning from you. Especially that 2v2 with nautilus and nasus, as well as the places you choose to recall. Other than that, you should've gone for black cleaver instead of collector for armor shred, because you lack damage. That armor shred can help zeri and kayn deal more damage instead.

Then as an ashe, you can go bork and black cleaver for armor shred. Pair that with mortal reminder (anti heal) and serpents fang (shield counter) and you have an ashe that deals good damage and counters tanks, as well as allowing your teammate to do more damage as well. Not a lot of adc has that kind of build versatility unlike ashe.
