I see a bunch do mechanics that punish melee. Is there any ranged-only mechanic or is this another boss fight that favors ranged?

I don't think there are any mechanics that only punish ranged, but most of the mechanics attempt to hit both melee and ranged.

@@aocoverlord Not everyone is starved for attention, I was playing solo and linked up with envious because the BR guilds are trolls, I tanked tumak just cause they asked if anyone else wanted experience doing it, I've tanked both firebrand and tumak these past two weeks. easy boss if you're a "my shit don't stink" guild and just now farming it well you got some skill issues. Killing these bosses is nothing to brag about, it's an alpha no one cares about world first

@@Budnamedspud anyone playing the game knows its been on farm on Resna for awhile, but people will make up shit just for clout on the internet. just wanted to point out they are not the first but hey do whatever you want. Usually people who lie to get ahead will fall flat on their faces

it was a shield, but game crashed before we could claim it, not a big deal really tho, we did the content for the content and to explore what Intrepid is trying to make, and find the bugs. Not so much for the loot

exploit the lvls, gear, and food xD but as long as you don't exploit the boss fight it counts lol

Apparently.. i mean levels is one thing if its atleast not something like a kill a lv 25 guy or 30 guy in one hit and get full exp... or whatever some ppl did to get lv 25 in one weekend i've heard there was/is a guild that did just that but how they did it i don't know...

Why didn't they put out a KZbin video of it then? It's explained in the pinned comment that this is the world first video on KZbin of a clean no-exploit kill. Maybe the kills that were streamed had exploits or bugs in some way. Firebrand was heavily bugged until this latest testing weekend.

@@aocoverlord Still is, would've beaten him on Friday had he not dissapeared and reset. New respawn timers made it impossible but it is what it is. Alpha's the name of the game

Boss wasnt functioning a week ago. It was bugged and wouldn't do any of their abilities so idt thats even possible to have a legitimate kill on it. I'd love a link to the vod you are talking about though
