As regard Sikandar episode in Islamabad, actually for police it was five minutes job to apprehend him however, the police was mindful of judicial activism of Chaudhary Iftikar , CJ, SC. Moreover, the police officer was in slippers because he was at home after office hours and to avoid time he rushed to site.
