Actually it should be handeled by immigration and Passports Department, instead of Customs or FIA. as DGIP(Directorate Genenral of Immigration & Passports) is legit , trained to handle Immigration, however pushed back due to political powers

Army will not let this HAPPEN and who every civilian PM try to make changes. he will be sent to jail first by using Corrupt judiciary and later will be sent abraod :).
