I think you didn't get the last part of the video, we Indians(not everyone) don't maintain perfect hygiene, like eating food without washing hands, etc., we always love that type of eating, cuz it tastes good unlike the ones which were made in home, everyone loves street foods, but not when it is made in home. He also meant to say that even if there is vaccine for coronavirus(or even any type of virus), it doesn't mean that we should stop being hygienic, so we need to always maintain hygiene, no matter what it is.. I hope you get it.. (Others please correct me if I'm wrong)
