If you are talking about normal reaction between two wedge surfaces..the normal reaction always towards the surface and normal to the surface

@@G_D123N2 is a reaction between common surface of top and lower bodies..means lower body experiencing it from top body thus act towards CG of lower body.. similarly same reaction acting from lower body to top body...in FBD a Reactions always act toward the CG of vody
