I think cause it was starting to get slanderous, so they had to be called out. I actually found the older brother went on to long and I came away feeling the victim was a saint, which he was not. When I had to give my impact statement I couldn't talk. It had to be written down and given to the judge. He couldn't see my real emotion in a letter. But it wasn't about the killer of my sister, it was how I felt about her not in my life anymore. 100 per cent he unalived her and we had 150 prosecution witnesses. But hey he was found not guilty. To me that was not justice.

@@isabelpark7650so why did you do a victim impact statement if he was found not guilty?

Being locked up hasn't humbled her, she has a permanent mean girl smirk.

She is probably the narcissist in this situation, not Doug. She seems very insecure.

Why did she live with Dr? She looks drugged! The look on Ashley's face has not changed.

So basic she’ll be out in 15-18 years in her late 40s, early 50’s young enough to get on with the rest of her life. While his family are given a life sentence of pain and loss. Absolute disgrace. At least Judge Kraynick didn’t fall for SB’s bs🤦🏽♀️

Under FL law, she'll have to serve 85% of her sentence, then 10 years of probation. FL doesn't call it parole. She'll serve at least 17 years and will be 50 years old if she's released then. Not nearly enough for me, but it is what it is. At least she won't be available to poison Emerson (her daughter) against her dead father now. God only knows what her mother will do in that regard.

Roommates, but unbiased? 😒

Right? She should have not been testifying as a professional, but rather as a friendly character witness, and certainly not considered credible for sentencing considerations.
