I've worked in furniture for 23 years and first off if you're putting this together on the floor you're in desperate need of some sort of work table. Ashley Furniture has come a long way cause it used to fall apart when you looked at it wrong. The smartest thing they ever did was have their stuff made in Vietnam, they have the best quality manufacturing.

Very helpful for disassembling so we can get new carpet put down. BTW Where do I go to get a replacement part for this bed? I broke the far left drawer bracket that’s attached to the bed. Thanks!

For some reason the middle where the small things are, is uneven and my bed is up high in the middle

When ours was assembled they didn’t put the supports under the footboard. Is there any way we could order those?

I didn't get the bolts for the slats and support legs.where do i buy that ?

there are no holes on the side rails where the slats sit on, do i make the holes myself with a screwdriver?

@@senae_m nothing went wrong with it, the screws all still went in but the box spring would be too high, actually

This bed looks stunning but is the worst bed ever. It sags in the middle. Slats just won't work for the weight of two normal people. Babies yes, but not adults. The support legs are two few and too weak. Just avoid this headache and buy a metal frame with support at the center
