When Angel was asked the question of whether it was safe to say he would never rejoin the band, he answered back sort of a double negative. So a literalist could interpret this as him answering NO when asked the question. His answer to the question was really intended to be “Yes, that is correct, it is safe to say I will never rejoin the guys”…
