I started incontinence this last year. It’s devastating! I have found that eating a banana daily helps a lot ! And also I quit coffee which I loved but replaced with decaf chai. Coffee was also hurting my stomach. I can’t tell you how much a banana a day helps lessen or keep stools more solid but also soft enoug. Thank you. Happy wellness to all
