Ashley has Treacher Collins syndrome meaning he was born without a jaw, cheekbones and ears. Ashley shows us how he gets around the daily challenges that his symptoms present and how he deals with the bullying that he has experienced as a result.

They put this on in a school assembly. I felt like crying its so inspirational. It's ridiculous when people complain about their hair looking a bit bad on one day. When a kid lives like this but they can still power on, it doesn't matter what coditions they have because they will always still be beautiful. x

He's actually no different from any one else. He just has bones missing. I fell in love with this story. He is very strong to look at the bullies and say you know what, im not ashamed of myself. I wish I was that proud.

He is an amazing boy we have been best friends for eleven years now he is still the same his voice has changed now his parents and brother are lovely people to meet :-)

Such an amazing young boy. You remind me of Auggie Pullman from a book called Wonder which is btw one of the best books I ever read. Stay strong and don't let people get to you. People can be really mean sometimes. I know how it feels to get bullied. It's alright to be different. In one way or another, we are all different. Keep your head high and just be your beautiful self.
