Bonnie bee hasn't refused to apologize she has said she will at an appropriate time that's all. Is that too difficult to comprehend? Ashley has offered a fake apology because she didn't have a conversation with Kay bee to confirm if the apology was accepted or not and this is what Bonnie bee is waiting for to have a one on one conversation and apologize.
