Hey Ash, I can't remember if I commented this before but just in case! Please tell Johnny that God used the video he did where he showed his skull on the desk to confirm a major life change for me and encourage me to go back to school for X-Ray. (Radiography) So I appreciate just the simple, and random, and just all the things that make a persons personality...God don't use anything you or he said He used an innate object. So, I agree all the video planning and aesthetics are awesome I enjoy them, but God doesn't need them and sometimes I think avoids the frills. 💜

Wow, I really needed to hear this today... It's been a rough couple years for me and I've slowly strayed away from my faith until there was none, I won't lie about that... But today, I really need God more than ever, I need to build a relationship w/ Him again as like I've done w/ everyone else in my life, I abandoned Him, and maybe that's why my life has just been a rollercoaster of emotions ever since... I've been afraid to dive back into my faith b/c am just afraid I'll turn my back on Him again... But you gave me encouragement today to at least try, even if it's not groundbreaking straight away, I have to try, thank you so much 🙏...

God as a bigger plan in front of us; he never judges us because of our quite times because he is able to listen deep into our hearts. Thank you so much, Ashley! I was discouraged during my quiet time that I’m not hearing God speak directly to me. Though I am learning a lot to through His Word and a devotional I’m reading by A.W. Tozer. Interestingly enough the topic today was the voice of God and how He is continually speaking, even in His creation. I liked what you said about continuing to show up, a form of discipline. It’s worth it. That meant a lot to me. Thank you! Praying for you!!!

I remember James! I believe you were in New Mexico when you recited it! Awesome! 🎉 I made it a goal of mine to read through the New Testament this year. No memorization, not too many notes, just reading through it like a book so I have a grand idea. Then my goal is to do the same on the OT. When I’m done with that, I would love to really dive in and dissect each chapter.

I love how you mentioned that you don’t always feel the Lord working in your heart, but that he is sanctifying us even when we don’t feel it. I recently had a big move to Atlanta to MS. I went through a little bit of a culture shock for a while (still am haha) But even when my life isn’t going the way I thought it was going to go, I can see God’s hand through it. In the disappointment, the difficulties, my failures, etc. He is still there loving me and making me whole. I’m thankful that I will never be separated from the love of Christ!

This is a much needed message and encouragement! We need to stay on the path and keep turning to God day after day even though like you said we may not always feel Him. It is a faith and a trust, trusting that He will be there if we turn to Him and seek His face. It is also very relateable because lately I have been having trouble desiring my prayer time because I have been so busy. But prayer is so important!

My cat also has pica where she eats inedible things. she licks the toilet appear roll while I am in the bathroom. also, fun fact! did you know cats don’t meow when they are with other cats? they only meow to the their mama. 💗
