For the separation anxiety, it also helps if you do you 'leaving triggers' (like picking up you keys, putting on your coat, grabbing your purse, ect) then instead of leaving, you sit down and do something like read something on your phone for a bit, and then leave. Sounds a little nutty but it works

Not sure if anyone else mentioned but Aus is having really bad weather/storms caused by the fires, so you may not get to tan depending on where you go. Also, PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE make sure your sunscreen is reef safe as many aren't. Normal suncreams including tinted moistures etc have really toxic chemicals that pollute the water, kill corral and also harm sea life (which omnis should care about cause you're literally eating it 💁🏽‍♀️) So yeah it's hot, but in some parts of Aus it's stormy/overcast, which is worse for sunburn . Hopefully you see this

The hydroflask comment is way true! I use mine for work, I pour it by 7:15 when I leave & it’s still warm by my lunch at 12 & even until about 2 it’s still good enough! I have 3, I swear by them! Don’t get me started on the water hydroflask as well! 💯

Watch the sunrays in Australia and make sure you have a hat when outdoors as I knew a colleague from Australia who really developed a major skin problem as he stayed out on the beach and sun and too long and, I, respectfully, only say this cause I care. Make sure Alisha and Tary cover up as well when outside. Love the news about the new puppy coming into the family and I am sure Chloe will take to her and liked your training re getting Chloe to lay on her mat before food is served. As someone who does not tan at all, I use Neutrogena sunscreen/spray spf 100. I know it sounds silly but if I have any lower spf on I burn. I am just that pale.

I have to take pills everyday and I take a drink of water then I put the pill in my mouth (with the water) then I take a gulp of water to help the pill go down 🤗😄😃😊☺️😁😘

Hi I love you videos! I was also thinking of a challenge and I was thinking you could do a reversed day. For example you would sleep during the day and wake up at night. And would eat dinner first and breakfast last. Basically have your whole day reversed.
