Ashe probably knows this many people in the music industry because she was a professional songwriter before becoming an singer herself
@Cashue5302 жыл бұрын
Yeah, don't think she is a plant. That comment really annoyed me.. She released so many songs before working on Ashlyn and has definitely worked her way up to be where she is on her own merits.

Uhhhhhhhhh Ryne's Song has always destroyed me. I even started crying during its part here. It came out only 5 months after my grandpa, who I was very close to growing up, passed away. So the relatability it holds for me is very raw and it still hurts to hear it.

Ryne's song destroyed me like "Two of Us" did when I listened Walls for the first time... and I thought I was ok by now (a year later) but no. I cried. Again. Love this album sooooo much and can't wait for Ashe2. Also, the EPs are sooooo good. From The Rabbit Hole my favs are: Someone to Lose, Real Love, Wrong Side of Myself, We Get High and Sometime People Suck. From Moral of the Story Chapter 1: Figured Out and Bachelorette / From Chapter 2: Cold in California, In Disguise and Not How It's Supposed To Go. PS: I reaaaally think you would love this video where she talks about "Real Love" and the Beatles/Lorde influence and some nerd music stuff like chords (she mentioned a 5 minus chord, Idk what it is but you would xD) kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKi0fIx9YpuoiMU

you HAVE to check out the album she released last year, "Rae". It has such a much more "groovy boss bitch" to it, she really embraces her angry woman phase and I was all for it. I also love how she is naming her albums to her full name, the first being her first name "Ashlyn", the second her middle name "Rae" and probably the next one will be "Willson", her last name. It's a pretty interesting metaphor to showcase the different phases of her life and every emotion and feeling that it encompasses. In the end they are all her! I love her work, she's amazing!
