Do you not research your sponsors or do you not care about the harm this company can do to your subscribers (not to mention that it's literally an Israeli-owned company) because the check was that good??

No one can take care of you but you. I love getting up drinking and water through out the day, exercising, walking, eat right, spending time with God , reading and relaxing. FYI I am retired but my health and wellbeing are very important to me.

Love your first point of advising yourself as you would a friend. We tend to think,'I'll be okay to not need that thing'. One thing I do is a meditation for 5 to 15 minutes a few days week ❤

Having suffered from photosensitivity until I found a good treatment last year, I can vouch for number 2! Being able to spend my lunch breaks in the sun, when there is any, is so enjoyable and mood-boosting. It also helps dealing with long periods of grey or rainy days, which is frequent where I live. Thank you for reminding me to make naps an option in my life again!! I hate them for all the wrong reasons (time consuming, unproductive… how silly!!) but they changed my life back in grad school. Love your intention of always putting small impactful ways to feel and be better at the heart of what you do!

Hi Ashlynn , I have been watching your videos and never commented . I need to start showing myself grace and speak and be nicer to myself.I need to stretch everyday. I need to start limiting my time on social media and also go to bed earlier and sleep longer. The main thing I need to do is Make A New Plan for my life in the month of March. It's been a very rough month for me. I had to quit drinking Grape Crystal Light. It was poisoning me. It has 3 artificial sweeteners and sugar added too. I was having nausea ,high anxiety, migraines, depression, gas pains, fatigue, increased appetite, weight gain, craving sugar, and brain fog. Threw the grape Crystal Light away. To flush it out started to drink water and herbal tea to flush it out. I got a detox tea. I drink a cup of it in the morning and one in the evening. A friend of mine had an electrolyte grape drink - Ultima brand . Sweetened with stevia. I drink one drink in my thermal cup everyday. I am drinking a protein shake that has 13 grams of protein and vitamins and minerals to get my stamina and energy back. I had planned for the month of March my deep clean spring cleaning and going on walks and declutter and reorganize Anyways my new plan is to rest my body to get it well. Drink healthy . Eat healthy. Invest in my mental health. Pray and read the Bible. Thank you for sharing this self care video of yours. I almost forgot I have an UTI also. And had an allergic reaction to the first med my doctor prescribed. Called doctor and let her know what happened. She prescribed me amoxicillin. The other was a sulfa drug. I have asked for help also for checking my mail and taking out my trash and doing some small loads of laundry . A friend of mine is helping me out with this. Have a wonderful weekend and wonderful week.

Very inspirational video Ashlynn, good reminder for me to drink more water and to gauge by having 3 tumblers a day a challenge for me and also stretching, to make by body feel refreshed instead of for the end of the day when we feel now I get to rest when it’s bed time, all the best Ashlynne❤

People did not sleep 10 hours total before electricity. They did biphasic sleep. This means sleeping 3-4 hours and then getting up for 1-2 hours and then going back to sleep for 4-5 hours. Typically, still only 7-8 hours total. This is where the term beauty sleep comes from; it’s the nickname for the second shift. During the awake time you had peak moonlight and people would spend the time tending fires, having sex, taking care of kids, reading, or socializing. This is also why monks didn’t have a big problem getting up in the middle of the night to do prayers without an alarm clock.

I love to read and relax that way. I love fiction because being in a dream world is just top for me. I try to make it a habit to drink more water instead of the diet coke I’m used to and as soon as the weather is getting better I will walk more than I do now. I’m a good weather walker 😂. I don’t sport a lot but I try to do a little each day. I always end up with injuries as soon as I really get active 😢.

Some of the broll is not original (it’s much harder to film a lot of that now at nine months pregnant 😅), but the content is. 🤍
