2:10 I think Peter’s apartment would be a great set to finally get another comic based Mary Jane since we only ever got the one in 2014 with the big fig Goblin from an Ultimate Spider-Man tie in set. I’m really excited we’re getting actual Spider-Man play sets this year instead of just more vehicles for Spider-Man. I’m really excited for a new MCU Iron Spider minifigure & I really hope we get a big fig lizard in the Oscorp set as well as a new Spider person we haven’t gotten yet like Jessica Drew, Silk, Kaine Parker, or Bailey Brigs Spider Boy to team up with Peter.

I believe that this years modular building will be the Baxter Building and will be based on the Fantastic Four First Steps version. It just makes sense with the film coming out this year and we are getting a Fantastic Four First Steps set earlier in the year and we’ve seen this before with other modular buildings that they have a set that relates to the upcoming Marvel Modular, the Santcum had the Gargantos showdown, the X-mansion had the X-jet and Avengers Tower had the Leviathan set (though that one came out after). I will definitely be getting that Peter Parker apartment set if it does connect to the Spideverse set and has some exclusive minifigures.

I'm thinking that, since the Oscorp set only has 800-900 pieces and 8 minifigs confirmed, it won't be a modular-style building - a modular-building-style Oscorp tower would easily have well over 1,000 pieces not including minifigs or a side build, what with all of the modular MARVEL sets so far having a gallery of minifigs to some extent, and with the Daily Bugle, the Avengers Tower, and the X-Mansion all having at least one side build in the form of a vehicle and/or a buildable figure (also, the modular Marvel sets have all included multiple clear elements for action posing of minifigs and even parts of the structures themselves). I would guess that, with 8 minifigs and being in the 800-900 piece range, this year's Oscorp will most likely be a neo-modular akin to the Star Wars battle scenes and the new Hogwarts Castle system, which, I agree, seems to be what they're doing with the Spiderverse after seeing the new Miles Morales set with the Spot. In that case, it'll be interesting to see if they do release a modular Oscorp set in the next two or even three years, as they don't seem to like to release a new version of the same set too terribly close to the previous one, I mean, both full-structure Sanctum Sanctorum sets were released no sooner than 4 years apart, and the only time that two minifig-scale Millenium Falcon sets were released in back-to-back years was with the hyper-streamlined Kessel Run Falcon coming out the year after the 2nd UCS Falcon which could be customized to either its Original Trilogy or its Sequel Trilogy appearance, so, yeah.

The Joel Schumacher batmobiles are always skipped, because their movies are not that well beloved by majority of the fans. I'm glad to see that that trend is starting to reverse, since companies are starting to recognize that the Schumacher Batman movies have their fans.

I will admit that the Oscorp set sounds really cool as I like location sets for my figures to interact with. (preferably one that isn't 4-500 dollars) I personally wish they stop focusing so much on end game and show some love to other movies and especially the original comics, even the Lego marvel superheroes game could be fun like getting a set with Attuma. I love my Thor set I got with the fire demon. But dark elves, frost giants and the destroyer would be cool to get at some point to. I hope the galactus set will be good as well.

The only thing i can think of to justify the price for the Batman forever set is giving us more figures like we saw with the price jump between the 1989 batmobile with just bats and joker and the Btas batmobile set which had a similar piece count and 1 extra figure. It would be cool to get Robin, Two Face, Riddler, Dr. Chase, and Alfred (again) along with Bats (hopefully Batman forever style printing like the one he wears towards the end). But it probably won't have that many figures.
