I believe that what you thought was the weapons room is actually Makkari's collection of human stuff, like from the trailers. I could tell because there's a coffee machine, chair, karaoke machine, umbrella, crowbar, video game controller, and metal detector. I don't know if anyone figured that out yet but yeah :)

I think LEGO should start make more Asian style faces instead of using existing pieces and skin tone to accurately represent the characters. Rn the heads they’re using represent someone that isn’t Asian. Like using Lex Luther/ Loki face for an Asian character as well as maybe more faces in general because every LEGO figure looks the same to me now.

Not gonna lie, I don’t think it would go down very well if they started trying to make them look more Asian, the faces are literally just a mouth and circle eyes. with all races the only thing they change is the colour, not really the features and I think they would probably get called racist for changing the faces too much

We actually saw a buildable figure more recently. The lego Stephenwolf was the same style. I know that is DC Superheroes but it is still lego superheroes which is all that was said.

I think the ship itself looks cool and I like that it comes wit most of the figures. I think the Ikaris figure is a mistake. I also don't care for the bad guys included, Lego bad guys in Marvel sets particularly with the No Way Home and Guardians Ship sets only feel like they are there out of obligation to maje the more explensive or to have conflict in the set itself as a play feature.

The ship looks good externally, interior leaves a lot to be desired. The side-builds look wack. Don't know how well they represent the real thing but I'm betting not very and could use another revision. The minifigs look very well done. Lately Lego has been on point w/ Marvel CMFs.

the dorito thingy actually looks very cool. Despite the exterior being raw and boring IMHO, the way it unfolds and reveals play features is what every large lego set should aspire to be. The buildable creatures though, that's some next level jank. The shapes are ugly, the color combinations are ugly, the extremities are ugly, they are plastered with ugly stickers, and yet they seem to be a major focus of this wave of sets. I guess all of the things mentioned are intentional as to be as movie-accurate as possible, but dang does it not appeal to me one bit

The mini Hover craft reminds alot of Legos Mr.snail moc they used him alot in Lego creator set videos showing off the set. I'm not if many people remember or even know who Mr.snail is but he was a funny character way back in the day.

The print on the figures is fantastic... but strangely the figures look drab... dull. I think it's due to the figures themselves being all one colour (mostly). For example, the Ninjago figures, have similarly complex print but look far more interesting as figures. Everything else looks pretty average tbh... no interest in these sets, I will pick up a couple of the heads and hair pieces on Bricklink though.
