No.. what i did was open the phone yourself.. unplug the battery and the display cable and replug them. That worked for my replacment screen. Everything worked (sound etc. but the screen was black).

Now you can go to samsung service and tell software issue don't tell them you did this then they ask you which os version was there before? You have to lie them i was using android 13 not android 14. Then they help u obviously
