Hi Mariana, Investing in a Franchise can work for an E2 visa! I would aim to invest at least $100,000 or more.

Thanks for the info.. one question about your first client that once his visit visa expired then will he get his E2 visa inside USA (since he got only change status)? or he must have to leave USA before the expiry of his visit visa then he would need to apply his E2 Visa from Pakistan?

Hi Hafiz, to get the actually visa, he would have to go to a consulate or embassy outside of the U.S. and attend a visa interview. You cannot get a visa in the U.S. (only status).

Dear Ashoori. I watch your videos regularly and thanks for posting these. I have a question. My immigration category is F4 and Priority date is September 2009. But I am not able to track my case. System is asking for a16 digit Invoice ID. What should I do ? I have old 9 digit invoice ID as my application was submitted as paper based.. I have not received any communication Since 2010. Hi Sameh, the money does not need to come from your home country. Someone in the U.S. could gift the money to your U.S. personal account, if done properly.
