I actually think that Noah(second prince) doesn't deserves to be hated or ignore by Ashtarte because looking at the previous chapters Noah did care for her more than the others. There was a scene where Ashtarte's family was turning their backs on her EXCEPT for Noah. I don't know for the novel though because I only read the manhwa

In the new episode, Ashtarte goes to the palace to give Miragenin's book and Noah's coak.Just as she was about to knock on the door, Miragen Noah says, "You told me you threw it in the trash because it was dirty".Ashtarte leaves crying when she hears this.Because Ashon is next to him, he shouts "Your Higness" and the princes know about it.After that scene, Ashtarte calls them "bastards" and says that she will not cry for such people again, that her last love for them has been lost.Miragen and Noah leave the room(Ashtarte is long gone).Noah said with a very sad expression, "She heard what you said, but it's a misunderstanding!!" he says from within. Hey!! I want to give you guys a lil spoilers!! SPOILER 1 1.Ashtarte is actually loved by the God, that is the reason she stay pure and kind. SPOILER 2 2.Rebecca(Ashtarte mother) have an ability to see the future. She saw The Emperor gonna kill Ashtarte in the future, that is the reason she ran away from The Emperor. SPOILER 3 3. In the near future, Amaryllis gonna invite Ashtarte for a tea party. Amaryllis poured a poison on the tea. So, both of them get poisoned. Ashtarte fell into a coma. Edit: I think Noah is kind of jealous to Miragen. The lastest chapter say that Noah think Miragen steal everything from him. That is the reason he don't want to let go Ashtarte. Miragen seems to be interested in Ashtarte now, Noah don't want Miragen to take her .(?)

Honestly, I agree with her. He should have to wait 10 years for forgiveness just like she had to wait just as long just to be loved by them he should have to experience what it was like for her to have to wait it is completely fair. But prince Noah he was the only one who actually showed her genuine kindness and love he didn’t turn his back on her like the others did, Honestly, if it were me brother or not, I wouldn’t forgive him but that’s just my personal opinion. I have a hard time trusting people as it is. But if my own flesh and blood work to do that to me, I wouldn’t forgive them right away, let alone in general.
